You are aware that this Platform is the only place where your service is offered. You provide the platform an exclusive right and licence to use your services, subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. If, at any point during the duration of this agreement, it is discovered that you are offering a comparable service on another platform, ASTROBAATE (doing business as Gangotri) reserves the right to decrease the agreed rate and/or costs or to terminate your services from the platform.
You will not engage in any behaviour that violates someone else's intellectual property, spreads viruses, worms, or harmful software, or engages in any other unlawful or immoral behaviour.
The ASTROBAATE Portal maintains the right to monitor the activity and status of each account and to block the account of a Professional Body at its sole discretion.
You will get alerts and SMS messages from ASTROBAATE the supply of service, as well as daily reminders.
You agree to adhere by the payment and pricing policies.
You consent to a fair pricing policy and will match their rates with those of other calling platforms that are comparable to theirs. If ASTROBAATE determines that the cost of the professional Body is greater than that of any rival platform or website, it retains the right to immediately reduce the cost. The professional Body must make sure that their cost is the same across all platforms or that it is the lowest available, as ASTROBAATE is not required to inform the professional Body of this. If a professional body consistently alters its prices in a way that makes them different from those on other platforms or the professional's own website, it retains the right to suspend its services immediately.
You will not provide anyone else access to this platform. You will not provide anyone else your username, password, or any other credential.
The management will have the right to terminate your services at any moment, without providing any kind of advance notice, payment of compensation, or explanation.
You are aware that ASTROBAATE uses different digital and social media channels to advertise the profiles of the professionals. The professional body profile photo, content, ratings, reviews, and description may be used by ASTROBAATE for promotional and advertising reasons.
Conditions For Username And Password
When the ASTROBAATE team has verified your papers and profile, you, the Professional Body, will receive the login and password on your email address when you join as a member of the company. Your username, password, and any other account security details must all be kept private, and you are solely responsible for doing so. You are entirely liable for any actions taken using your login, password, or account. You are never permitted to use another person's username, password, or account. Any illegal use of your account, password, email, or any other security violation will be reported right away by you.
Non-disclosure Clause
The Professional Body recognizes and concurs that it is solely responsible for all conduct, services, advice, postings, and transmissions made from the Professional Body's account,
and further agrees that any information or content that the Professional Body posts or transmits will not be considered confidential information of the Professional Body, and that
this information, whether personal in nature or not, shall be owned by ASTROBAATE. Professional Body also accepts and consents to all discussions, chats, or transcripts being collected,
processed, and shared by ASTROBAATE in accordance with the Privacy Policy and as permitted by law. The Professional Body, on the other hand, guarantees that any information submitted
by the member/User with the Professional Body will not be revealed and will make every effort to protect the member's privacy. Professional Body will not let anybody else access to
the professional Body management platform. You will not reveal to a third party or a member of ASTROBAATE the terms and conditions between ASTROBAATE and the Professional Body.
Any disclosure will be considered a breach of confidence, and a Professional Body may be asked to leave the platform. You will not, at any time, disclose or divulge to anyone
in any form, documentary or otherwise, any information or particulars, or details of any trade or business, or any other matters connected therewith, or any trade secrets or
processes which may come to your knowledge while working for the Company, and you will always keep the Company's trade secrets and processes confidential.

No matter whether it was uploaded by website visitors, professional body service providers, or hardware or software connected to or used in the Service, ASTROBAATE
disclaims all liability for any erroneous or inaccurate information. Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft
or destruction, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, communications are not the responsibility of ASTROBAATE.
ASTROBAATE disclaims all liability for any issues or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer
equipment, software, failure of emails or players due to technical issues or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or for any combination of the foregoing, including harm or damage
to users and/or Professional Body or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or use of the service. In no event will ASTROBAATE or any of its affiliates, advertisers,
promoters, or distribution partners be liable for any loss or damage, including death or personal injury, resulting from anyone's use of the Website or the Service, any Content posted on the Website or
transmitted to Professional Body, or any interactions between Website users, whether online or offline.
